Lost propety iconWhat do we do with lost property?

If you leave something on a bus or at one of the Interchanges it will be held for 90 days and then disposed of according to Public Transport policies and procedures.

Items that are soiled, smelly or perishable will be disposed of immediately.

Items such as passports, valuable documents, jewellery, cash, illegal items or substances including firearms or any item that may be described as a weapon are sent to the Northern Territory Police. To contact the NT Police please phone 131 444.

When an item held by the Public Transport Division is adequately identified as belonging to you, it may be claimed from the Casuarina Interchange at no charge.
