Already have your Learner’s?

If you already have an NT Learner Licence - CONGRATULATIONS - and, Yes! You are still welcome to join the DTAL Program if you meet the eligibility criteria (see: DTAL eligibility policy).

Do you have to do Theory 1?

In short, yes. Learner Licence holders are still required to complete the Program as every other student, it’s just that you’ll probably be a little further ahead when it comes to the Theory 1 assessment and practical training.
