Our services

Best practice in plant asset management is shifting from regular time-based maintenance to one based on an accurate assessment of plant condition. We aim to provide our clients with the knowledge and information needed to make good asset decisions: reduced whole-of-life costs and maximised asset performance. Our expertise in condition monitoring and auditing covers the following equipment: high voltage generators, transformers, switchgear, power lines, motors and pumps. Our assessment services, besides reducing maintenance costs and improving reliability, will also enable better future capital investment decisions for the replacement of plant and equipment.

Our testing expertise extends from mechanical vibration analysis through to maintenance testing of complex digital protection schemes. We provide both field and laboratory high voltage testing services. Our mobile high voltage testing unit can be brought to your site for the regular safety testing of any high voltage operating equipment (eg elevated platform vehicles, operating sticks and gloves). This service can extend to plant condition monitoring such as regular infra-red thermography testing of all on-site electrical equipment.
