The Health and Community Services Complaints Commission (HCSCC) is an independent statutory body established by the Health and Community Services Complaints Act 1998. It is co-located within the Office of the Ombudsman for the Northern Territory and acts in the public interest by providing a free service to Territorians to resolve complaints about the provision of a health service or community service.

The Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner is Carolyn Richards.
