Spouse accounts allow NTGPASS members to establish a spouse account into which they and their spouse can make contributions. This can increase your combined family retirement income and may have tax benefits through the splitting of retirement income. You may be eligible for a tax rebate for contributions you make to your spouse's account if your spouse earns less than $13,800 in a financial year. Your spouse may also be eligible for the Government co-contribution if they are working and make contributions to their account.
