Review of Decisions

 

NTGPASS/NTGDIS
If you have applied for a payment of a benefit under either of the NTGPASS or NTGDIS schemes or are affected by an action or inaction of the Commissioner of Superannuation under the Superannuation Act, you may request the Commissioner undertake a review of that decision.

NTSSS
If you are aggrieved by a decision of the Commissioner of Superannuation under the NTSSS you have 30 days to request the Commssioner to reconsider the decision.

NTPSBS
If you are aggrieved by a decision of the NT Police Supplementary Benefit Scheme Trustees you have 30 days to request the Trustees to reconsider the decision.
