The Northern Territory Superannuation Office is the only fund manager that to date has transferred unclaimed moneys to the Treasurer.
These moneys relate to the NT Government & Authorities Superannuation Scheme (NTGPASS) and the NT Supplementary Superannuation Scheme (NTSSS), which were only available to NT Public Sector employees. Both these schemes were closed to new members on 10 August 1999, thus the moneys transferred relate to persons that were NT Public Sector employees prior to this date.
