Key Revenue Measures

 

	-	Payroll tax threshold to increase to $1 million over the next two years.
	-	HIH levy to cease for workers' compensation policies written and renewed on or after 18 May 2004.
	-	Debits tax to be abolished from 1 July 2005.
	-	A new tax administration tribunal.
		A range of simplicity, efficiency, equity and anti-avoidance measures.
