Standard Business Reporting
Standard Business Reporting (SBR) is a multi-agency program which aims to simplify business-to-government reporting by:
- ● providing a single secure online sign-on (called an AUSkey), and
- ● using business software to auto-fill forms.
From 15 July 2010, SBR will be available as an alternative channel to TRMeR for the lodgement of Payroll Tax monthly returns.
The 2009-2010 Payroll Tax Annual Reconciliation cannot be lodged via SBR-enabled software. However, the 2010-11 Payroll Tax Annual Reconciliation will be available for lodgement through either SBR or TRMeR.

AUSkey is a single pass for login to government online services and provides users with assurance that only the people they choose have access to their business information.
AUSkey will need to be linked to each TRMeR ID through a one-time process.
