This calculator provides an indication of the stamp duty payable on the purchase of a home, or land on which to build a home, where the purchaser is eligible for the Principal Place of Residence Rebate (PPRR).
From 4 May 2010, the PPRR is an amount is up to $3500 off the duty payable. For details of the thresholds prior to this date, click here.
Note: Purchasers eligible for PPRR are not entitled to the First Home Owner Concession or the Senior, Carer and Pensioner Concession.
