This calculator provides an indication of the stamp duty payable on the purchase of residential property where the purchaser is eligible for the Principal Place of Residence Rebate (PPRR). Test your eligibility here.
For contracts executed (signed) on or after 20 June 2005, a rebate of up to $2500 off the stamp duty payable is available. For contracts executed between 20 August 2002 and 19 June 2005, the maximum rebate is $1500.
Note: Purchasers eligible for PPRR are not entitled to the First Home Owner Concession.
