This calculator provides an indication of the stamp duty payable on the sale of residential property where the purchaser is:

For contracts executed (signed) on or after 6 May 2008, a concession of up to $15 515.50 off the stamp duty payable is available. This represents the duty on the first $385 000 of the purchase price for the property. For details of the thresholds prior to 6 May 2008, click here.
Note: Purchasers eligible for FHOC are not entitled to the Principal Place of Residence Rebate.
