The Port of Darwin’s regulatory arrangements determine how users of the port can access port infrastructure and facilities. The framework also determines how the port is operated and how freight moves through it. As such, ensuring that the port operates effectively, safely and without unnecessary regulatory restrictions is important for trade and the performance of the Territory economy.
