Detailed estimates of receipts and expenditure by category of cost and source of funds. Accrual financial statements are provided for Government Business Divisions. A comprehensive summary of revenue information is also provided.

The assumptions underlying the Mini Budget are presented. Details of the Government's commitments and their implementation are included, and an analysis of the Government's fiscal strategy outcomes.
