Budget Paper No. 2 - Fiscal  and Economic Outlook 

An overview of the requirements of the Fiscal Integrity and Transparency Act. Includes a detailed discussion of the Government's fiscal strategy and the fiscal outlook for 2002-03 and the forward estimates period. In addition, it includes an overview of revenue and expenditure initiatives. The financial data provided meets the Territory's obligations under the Uniform Presentation Framework as agreed between governments.
