Parental Leave |
After a qualifying period of 1 year, paid parental leave of 14 weeks or after a qualifying period of 5 years, paid parental leave of 18 weeks, with the remaining balance up to 3 years as unpaid leave. Partners may use up to 2 weeks paid leave from the date of birth or adoption depending on length of service. |
