- Download the registration
and accommodation form.
- Return the completed form to the conference secretariat via one of
the following means:
Fax the form to +61 8 8947 1244; OR
Mail to Eventuate, APA Conference, PO Box 2206, Parap,
NT, Australia, 0804; OR
Scan the form and email it to apa2008@eventuate.com.au.
We strongly encourage you to book your accommodation at the discounted
rates which are available on the registration and accommodation form.
Please also register and pay for your (and guest’s) dinner attendance
on the registration and accommodation form.
All payments are due at the time of registration. Payment can be made
by cheque or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard). See the registration and
accommodation form for all details.
