The 2008-09 Treasury Annual Report is designed to meet Northern Territory Treasury’s annual reporting requirements, as specified for public sector agencies in the Public Sector Employment and Management Act, Financial Management Act and the Information Act. It reports our performance to the Treasurer, the Legislative Assembly, government agencies and other stakeholders, including Treasury’s own staff. It reflects on Treasury’s many and varied endeavours during 2008-09, and provides information about Treasury’s culture, responsibilities and internal governance arrangements.
