The Hon. John Anthony Nader

John Nader served as a Justice of the Supreme Court of the Northern Territory from 1982 to 1992.

Justice Nader was a Crown Prosecutor in New South Wales when appointed to the Supreme Court of the Northern Territory and was appointed as a Queen's Counsel in 1981.

Justice Nader served as a Judge Advocate at Courts Martial and is an honorary Colonel of the Cadet Corps of the Northern Territory. He also held the rank of Lt. Colonel in the Australian Army Legal Corp Reserve.

Justice Nader was Chairman of the Criminal Code Review Committee from 1990 to 1992.

Justice Nader is currently an Acting Judge of the District Court of New South Wales.
