The Hon. John Jeremy Doyle AC
John Jeremy Doyle was appointed
as an acting Justice of the Supreme Court of the Northern Territory
in 2000 and served in that capacity for a period of 6 months.
Justice Doyle is currently the
Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of South Australia, having
been appointed to that position in 1995.
Justice Doyle was Solicitor-General
for South Australia from 1986 - 1995, appointed a Queen's Counsel
in 1981 and was a barrister in South Australia from 1977 - 1986.
Justice Doyle was a partner in
the Adelaide firm of Kelly & Co from 1970 - 1977 and has been
Pro-Chancellor of the Flinders University of South Australia since
1988.
