The Hon. Robert Brooking
Robert Brooking was appointed
as an acting Justice of the Supreme Court of the Northern Territory
in 2000 and served in that capacity for a period of 6 months.
Justice Brooking was a Judge of
the Appeal Division of the Supreme Court of Victoria from 1995
- 2002 and a Justice of the Supreme Court of Victoria from 1977
- 1995 having been appointed as a Queen's Counsel in 1969.
Justice Brooking was admitted to
practise as a solicitor in 1954.
