ILIS and GIS Support

Information for New Subscribers (non-government users)

ILIS is accessed online through the use of SSL Certificates issued by ILIS Support.

Without an SSL certificate installed, access to the ILIS login page is not possible and your web browser will report that the page cannot be displayed.

The usual statutory Land Titles Office search fees apply, click here for details

Once the application has been received, the Land Titles Office will prepare a Data Licence Agreement that will be posted to you. This has to be signed, returned and approved before access to ILIS is granted. You will then be sent an SSL certificate and some support documentation via e-mail.

System Requirements

  • Internet Explorer 5.5 SP2 or later.
    (To check what version is installed,
    Click Help | About Internet Explorer.
    A dialog box will display with the relevant information.
    Click to obtain the latest version)
  • To view Titles and Administrative Interest information:
    Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or later
  • To view Survey plans, Dealings, Mortgages etc:
    Sun Java J2SE Runtime (1.5.0_06 or later)

Recommended Settings

  • For optimum use of ILIS, screen resolution should be set to at least 1024 x 768 pixels.
  • Internet Explorer should be set to check for new versions of stored pages "every visit to the page".
