To operate a motor vehicle in any public place in the Northern Territory including driving in car parks and other private property where the public has access you will need to be licensed.
The Northern Territory Government and the Road Safety Council of the NT, together with other stakeholders are working to reduce the number of people killed or injured on Territory roads.
