Men's Health

The Department of Health exists to provide services that work together for the health and well-being of our communities: maximising physical health but also the mental, social and environmental well-being of all Territorians.
Clinic 34 is a specialist sexual health service that provides testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections (STIs), HIV/AIDS and hepatitis C.
Whether you are male or female (gender) is a major factor in how long you live and the types of diseases that may affect you. It is important to recognise that our health system needs to be responsive to the diversity which exists in Australian society - a one size fits all approach will not meet the needs of all people and that is why services need to consider approaches which take into consideration the specific needs of men and women.
The website has been developed as part of the Northern Territory Safe Sex No Regrets Campaign that is running from August 2008 for twelve months. The campaign is aimed at people aged 15-29 years old
