The Northern Territory Film Office (NTFO) has been established to develop the NT film, television and new media industry. The Film Office currently offers support to the Territory through annual grants programs, conducts education and professional development courses and has an extensive data base of local film makers throughout the Northern Territory.
The Portrait of a Senior Territorian Art Award is an annual celebration of the contribution of senior Territorians to the history and development of the Territory. It is a unique event, with its focus on older Australians aged sixty years and over and the opportunity it provides for local artists to enter a Territory based art competition. The winning work is acquired into a public collection.
