This site provides information on human resource management and workforce development policies within the Northern Territory Public Sector.

the NT Superannuation Office administers the Northern Territory Government and Public Authorities Superannuation Scheme, the Northern Territory Supplementary Superannuation Scheme, the Legislative Assembly Members' Superannuation Scheme; the Northern Territory Police Supplementary Benefit Scheme; the Northern Territory Administrators Pensions Scheme; and the Northern Territory Government Death and Invalidity Scheme.

The Deparment's purpose is to promote sustainable fiscal strength and economic development of the Northern Territory and contribute to improved social and fiscal wellbeing for Territorians.

The Corporation lends funds to the Northern Territory Government, government business divisions, the government owned corporation, local authorities and other government organisations.

A branch of Northern Territory Treasury, the NT Superannuation Office administers the Northern Territory Government and Public Authorities Superannuation Scheme; the Northern Territory Supplementary Superannuation Scheme; the Legislative Assembly Members' Superannuation Scheme; the Northern Territory Police Supplementary Benefit Scheme; and the Northern Territory Administrators Pensions Scheme.

The Northern Territory Government provides a free death and invalidity scheme for Territory public sector employees and executive contract officers who are in choice of fund superannuation arrangements.

Treasury serves the Territory community through the Treasurer, providing the Government with fiscal, economic and regulatory advice and services.

Treasury consists of six business units and two statutory authorities with functional responsibilities stipulated in the Administrative Arrangements Order of 10 February 2009.
