Dr Damian Milne - Scientific Officer

Qualifications

Bachelor of Natural Resources (Hons) - UNE Armidale, Doctor of Philosophy - JCU Townsville.

Research

Damian has 16 years experience working for various environmental agencies including the NSW Parks and Wildlife Service, NSW State Forests, Queensland Herbarium and Commonwealth Department of Environment and Heritage (ERIN).

For the last 12 years he has been working for the NT Government conducting wildlife surveys across the Top End of the Northern Territory and performing GIS analysis.

He recently completed his PhD which assessed the habitat associations, temporal patterns and community composition of microbats in the far north.
