Jenni Low Choy - Assistant Scientific Officer

Qualifications

Jenni grew up in the Northern Territory and has over 14 years experience working in the NT for various scientific institutions including the Museum and Art Gallery of the NT and the NT Herbarium before joining the Biodiversity Conservation Group in 2000. Her experience spans the Top End and Arid Regions of the NT.

Research

Research interests include botany, marine biology and terrestrial ecology. Jenni provides botanical advice and ecological assistance to a number of biodiversity research projects.

Prizes/Awards

Jenni won the Young Australian of the Year Award for the Environment in 2000 for the Northern Territory division.
