Flood Monitoring Site Maps
Land and Water Division of the NT Department of Natural Resources, Environment and The Arts (NRETA) operate and maintain Flood Warning Monitoring Sites (river height and rainfall recorders) in selected catchments. Maps showing the locality of these sites are available for the following catchments. These maps also show the rainfall recorders in the catchments operated and maintained by the Bureau of Meteorology (BOM).
Most of the sites shown in the maps noted below are telemetered and near real time river heights and rainfalls are now available on the BOM web site and NRETA Telemetered Data web site.
