Devils Marbles Conservation Reserve Draft Joint Management Plan
The Devils Marbles is a symbol of the Territory’s outback, located on the Stuart Highway about 100 kilometres south of Tennant Creek. The Reserve attracts about 100,000 visitors a year and maintains important cultural and natural values.
The Parks and Wildlife Service, in partnership with Aboriginal Traditional Owners, have prepared a Draft Joint Management Plan for the Reserve. The draft plan is now available for public comment.
The draft plan provides direction for the future management of the Reserve and says how the interests of the community, Traditional Owners and conservation will be served.
