$3 Million Upgrade for Howard Springs Nature Park Continues - November 17th
Work to clear silt from the main pool at Howard Springs Nature Park has begun with local company Macmahon Services Australia awarded the $166,000 contract to do the work. View media release
Park Closure - Howard Springs Nature Park - November 13th
The Department of Natural Resources, Environment, The Arts and Sport (NRETAS) advises that Howard Springs Nature Park will be temporarily closed for approximately three weeks to undertake restoration works from Monday, 16 November 2009.
Katherine Junior Rangers Graduate - November 13th

Temporary Closure of Dam Wall to walking - Fogg Dam Conservation Reserve - July
Please note that the dam wall at Fogg Dam Conservation Reserve remains closed to walking due to the presence of a large Saltwater Crocodile. Access across the wall is by vehicle only.
