Submissions must be in writing with comments which may assist the consent authority in the assessment of the proposal. Submissions must include the name and postal address of the author. Applications may be inspected at Development Assessment Services, 38 Cavenagh St, Darwin and the relevant council office. Submissions must be lodged by 4:00 PM CST on the closing date indicated in order to be considered by the consent authority.
