Waste Management and Pollution Control Register
Section 9 of the Waste Management and Pollution Control Act requires that all information either specified in Schedule 1 of the Act or elsewhere required or permitted under the Act, be placed in a Register for the public to view at the discretion of the Chief Executive Officer.
