Duty to notify of incidents causing or threatening to cause pollution (Section 14 of Waste Management Pollution Control Act)
The incidents listed below are generally those incidents that have occurred in the last 7 years that were required to be reported to the Department under Section 14 of the Waste Management Pollution Control Act or the potential to incur a penalty in-line with Environmental Offence Levels 1 through 3 as prescribed under the Environmental Offences and Penalties Act.
