Application forms and guidelines
EnvironmeNT Grant Application Forms for the Individual and School Project Grants are available online, via download or by contacting (08) 8924 4216.
There are several ways to access the application forms for an EnvironmeNT Grant:
1. Interactive PDF – this form can be completed and submitted in one easy process. Please note that once this form is completed you cannot save a copy to your computer, however, you can print for your records. We are able to email you a copy of the completed form if you wish. Please note that you will need Adobe Reader 8.1.2 to be able to access the forms correctly. Free Download available from the Adobe web site.
2. You can download an application form and complete at a later date. Select “Save as” and save your copy as a Microsoft Word document with your own name. This can then be completed electronically and submitted either via email or by mailing a printed copy to the address below. Electronic submission is encouraged.
Hint: The downloaded document is protected as a form and you move between fields using the "Tab" key or your mouse. If required, this protection can be switched off by using the "Lock" button on the “Forms” Toolbar (which is found under “Toolbars” in the “View” menu).

Individual Project Grant
- Expression of Interest closed on 31 March 2008

School Project Grant

Operational Grant
- Operational Grants closed 28 April 2008
- Written submissions were invited. No application form is available.
Submission
Option 1: if you have chosen to complete the interactive PDF simply click on the ‘Submit by Email’ button at the end of the form and your default email browser will open. Any other information or attachments can be added at this point. Simply click the send button and your application will automatically be sent to us.
Option 2: if you have chosen to download the Microsoft Word version of the application form you have several submission methods:
