Community Consultation
The Department seeks comment from individuals in relation to the various proposals that are currently up for review.
Those people who have an interest in, or live near a proposed development can have valuable knowledge that provides a vital contribution to both the understanding management of a region or locality.
The following is a list of proposals open for comment and also those that are closed.

| Review of the Heritage Conservation Act The Government has a long-standing commitment to review the Northern Territory Heritage Conservation Act 1991. An ‘exposure draft’ of a bill for new Heritage legislation for the Northern Territory has been released. The Government is now seeking feedback on the draft bill. |
