Dear NTFO,

Thank you for the opportunity to offer comment on the Screen Territory Draft Strategic Framework.

I still think that this consultant writes in unnecessarily opaque language.
I also think that the document needs to specify the governance dynamics of being ‘arms-length’ from government.
Why is 2015 the goalpost? Some indication of milestones along the way, year by year would be helpful, as would some indication of the projected budget increases.

I will think some more and get back to you if I have additional comments.
