NT Planning Scheme

Amendments to the NT Planning Scheme

A Planning Scheme Amendment (PSA) involves either the rezoning of land or changes / additions / deletions to text or diagrams contained in a Planning Scheme. The Planning Act sets out the process for amendments to the Planning Scheme, including public exhibition, and culminating in the gazettal of an amendment.
