Palmerston CBD Land Release
Palmerston is the fastest growing area in the Northern Territory. The advancing construction of the new suburbs of Bellamack, Johnston and Zuccoli will see an increase in the demand for offices, shops and residential/tourist accommodation in the Palmerston central business district.
The Territory Government is releasing Lot 10026, a 6060m2 prime parcel of land in the CBD of Palmerston for an integrated mixed use commercial, residential and tourist accommodation development through a two stage Expression of Interest Process.
Expressions of Interest
Stage 1 Expressions of Interest are being sought from suitably qualified proponents for a concept for a modern, innovative, well designed and functional mixed use development that is integrated with surrounding developments and responds to the projected growth for Palmerston.
Proponents short listed through Stage 1 will be invited to submit Stage 2 Detailed Proposals.
Proponents intending to submit an Expression of Interest must register their contact details in writing with the Contact Officer by 3.00pm Friday 30 July 2010 to receive invitation to an Industry Briefing and any updates that may be provided.
Stage 1 Expressions of Interest for those who have registered their details close 3.00pm Friday 20 August 2010.
