Commercial
The Commercial Division provides strategic commercial legal advice to the Northern Territory Government and its agencies. The Division applies a whole of government perspective to its legal advice in areas including:
- mining
- land management
- revenue
- development and infrastructure projects
- procurement; and
- a wide range of general commercial matters.
The Commercial Division is currently involved in various major projects in the Northern Territory including the AustralAsia Railway, the Darwin City Waterfront Redevelopment, the Inpex Project and the Strategic Indigenous Housing and Infrastructure Progam.
