Office of the Public Trustee
The Public Trustee for the Northern Territory provides Trustee, Executor (including executor of last resort) and Will making services within the Northern Territory. The Office also offers a Will storage service. Additionally, the Public Trustee manages property which has been restrained or forfeited under the Criminal Property Forfeiture Act. The Office is committed to providing a secure, value for money and accessible Trustee, Will and Estate administration services.
