John is a chartered civil engineer with a background in large, complex buildings and infrastructure and has hands-on experience as a client, consultant, contractor and subcontractor. Over many years in project management consultancy he has managed a wide variety of commercial, retail, health, education, airport and rail projects. He has had an international career spanning many countries and developed consultancy businesses in the UK, UAE, South East Asia and Australia. He now has his own practice in Perth specialising in project management and dispute resolution.

John has strong commercial and contractual skills with significant niche experience in project recovery. A NMAS accredited mediator, he has been an expert witness and has lectured internationally on project management. John is a Building Contractor and Developer, with over 20 years experience in the Northern Territory managing, both large and small, residential, commercial and government construction projects, through the approval process with all the relevant authorities, and the design and construction stages of a project. Experience

Robert Fenwick Elliott is a highly experienced construction lawyer.  He founded the London specialist law firm Fenwick Elliott LLP in 1980, and now lives and works in Adelaide at Fenwick Elliott Grace.  He is admitted as a lawyer in South Australia, New South Wales and England & Wales, has been accredited as an adjudicator by TeCSA, CIoB and CIC as well as the Northern Territory, and as a mediator by CEDR and IAMA.

He has acted in many hundreds of millions of dollars worth of disputes around the world, almost all of them in the construction or engineering fields such as pipelines, marine terminals, FPSOs, mining projects, power stations, railway derailments, harbours, hospitals etc and has written a number of books  and lectured widely on construction law topics, and has trained and nominated many adjudicators in the UK.  He has either represented parties or acted as adjudicator in many adjudications in the UK, WA, NSW, Queensland and the Ukraine, including a number of high value cases.
