There is often a penalty for breaching the bond. FinesFines can be given as a sentence. Unless otherwise specified there is 28 days to pay fines. If you require more time to pay your fine this may be arranged through the Fines Recovery Unit. Loss of Drivers LicenseIf your license is cancelled you may be asked to hand it to Court staff. There is no possibility to apply for a work license. You may be required to attend courses before you can apply for you license after the cancellation period. You should contact the Motor Vehicle Registry to discuss this. Should you receive a court order that you do not understand then please contact your legal representative or your Local Court House. |
