David John Bamber

David John Bamber was appointed as a Magistrate in April 2005.

Prior to his appointment he worked for the Central Australian Aboriginal Legal Aid Service for almost 11years,the majority of that time as Principal Legal Officer.

He completed tertiary qualifications at Monash University ( B.Ec,LL.B,Dip.Ed) has done some teaching and spent 10 years in private practise at the Victorian Bar.

He is currently sitting as a Magistrate in Alice Springs.
