Liquor Act amendments July 2010
Recent amendments to the Liqor Act came into effect on 1 July 2010. The amendments have been aimed at reducing the incidences of alcohol related anitsocial behaviour and minors gaining access to alcohol or licensed premises by using false or fake identification.
