Community Gaming Machines
LRAS regulates gaming machines in the community venues in line with the Gaming Machine Act.
NTTAB monitors all gaming machines in Northern Territory community venues to ensure a fair return to players.
To assist operators, LRAS provides gaming venues with a Gaming Machine Licensee's Manual.
Gaming machine licensees may obtain finance for the purchase of gaming equipment through approved Financial Providers. They are also required to purchase gaming equipment from approved Manufacturers and Suppliers.
Licensed Service Contractors provide gaming machine installation and maintenance services throughout the Northern Territory. All gaming machines must be fitted with approved locks and consoles that are required to satisfy approved specifications.
