Obtaining a Copy of your Criminal History Check
Persons applying for licences under the juridication of Licensing, Regulation and Alcohol Strategy may be required to undergo a criminal history check.
If you would like a copy of the police report, the procedure is as follows:
- Come into a Licensing, Regulation and Alcohol Strategy's (LRAS) office with personal identification;
- The LRAS officer confirms the identify of the applicant and that it is consistent with the name on the criminal history check; and
- The applicant receives the photocopy of the Northern Territory Police Report.
