Who may request a review?
The person who is subject to the decision, their representative, or someone
with a genuine interest and concern for the person.
How can a request for review be made?
Either directly to the Tribunal, verbally or in writing, or through a legal
representative.
How is the review conducted?
At a new hearing. With administrative review, each hearing is conducted independently
and fresh evidence is heard
