Court Services
The court requests a bail assessment be carried out to ascertain if there are any options for an offender on bail (ie investigations with family, relatives, friends, Youth Refuges, etc). The court may request a Probation and Parole Officer to supervise a bail order and to administer any conditions of that order (eg residence, counselling/treatment, curfew).
