The Department of Business and Employment, Training and Employment Programs (TEP) Unit coordinates the delivery of learning and development programs for employees of the Northern Territory Public Sector.
TEP also coordinates and/or administers brokered program on behalf of other Agencies. The Agency retains ownership of the overall program structure and content.
Brokered programs are delivered by training providers with suitable experience and qualifications as determined by the Agency. Delivery of brokered programs can be at DBE training venues or off-site with either the Agency or the training provider.
