The Northern Territory Public Sector (NTPS) Graduate Development Program is aimed at developing the skills, experience, knowledge and abilities of graduates to the level of competence required for management positions.
Graduates are employed in a one or two year program combining on-the-job training with professional and personal development opportunities. Graduates may be rotated throughout their employing agency, working on various tasks and projects.
Eligibility
Applicants must be an Australian citizen, hold Australian permanent resident status or an appropriate visa and have recently completed an undergraduate degree, or be eligible to graduate.
Salary and conditions
The commencing salary of a graduate is dependent on the length of degree and relevant work experience undertaken, and can vary from $47 627 - $53 938 per annum. NTPS employees are entitled to six weeks annual leave and flexible work arrangements can be negotiated.
